This section is huge, just like the field of medicine. While I only cover diseases impacting typical psychiatric patients or of special interest to me, some have quite a bit of information. I have divided my abstracts of medical issues by the letters of the alphabet. While my material is hopefully interesting, it is far from a full review of any of the topics covered. I add new articles almost every day. Numerous topics are covered with just one or several articles and are just listed alphabetically. Major topics get their own web-page or more and are named below. Under A-C, major topics include acne, AIDS, arthritis, asthma, breastfeeding, cancer, candida, chronic fatigue syndrome, circumcision, the common cold, coronary heart disease, and Crohn's disease. Under D-H, major topics include DHEA, dental, diabetes, fatigue, fertility, fibromyalgia, herpes, high blood pressure, headache, and HRT-estrogen. Under I-O, major topics include influenza (flu shot), longevity, magnet therapy, menopause, multiple sclerosis, muscle relaxants, non-steroid anti-inflammatory medications, otitis, and osteoporosis. Under P-Z, major topics include pain, piracetam, pregnancy and infancy, seizures sinusitis, stroke, toxoplasmosis, ulcerative colitis, urinary tract infections, and wound healing.
